When homeowners Ivan & Tracy McLaughlin bought a home in Woodstock NB, their first impulse was to renovate and make it their own. The goal was to open up the kitchen and living area to create a light and modern open concept space where their family could live and grow together.
Here’s a look at the before picture, looking in from the living room, towards the enclosed kitchen and dining area. Beautiful cabinets, but not quite what the homeowners were looking for in terms of style and functionality:

After the walls came down, the base renovation gets going:
Once the drywall, floors and reno were complete by the contractor, the kitchen slid in smoothly:
